WorldspanGroup is a Corporate Event Management Company established in 1972. Owing to the continuing expansion of the extensive blue chip client base there is an immediate vacancy for an Event Executive to join our existing team based at the Head Office in Abergele. This is a long-term appointment.

This will be an office-based role, with some travel possibilities / requirements. Your primary role will be to continue the development of existing and new accounts, under the direction of your Account Manager / Director.

Your main responsibilities will be administration and data entry as well as assisting with venue search and proposal writing.

There are excellent long term possibilities and career advancement for the right candidate.

Essential Skills

Ideally (though not essential) you will have knowledge both in the UK and mainland Europe, with experience of venue search and selection, proposal writing and meeting tight deadlines.

You will need to be able to work under pressure – keeping your cool and have a great sense of humour.

Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and Power point) is a must.

You will be meticulous in your working methods with a keen eye or detail.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
