Employee Engagement

Research is at the heart of our approach to employee engagement. We evaluate levels of engagement through surveys, focus groups and one-to-one interviews with all employees, from directors to support staff. We analyse the open and honest feedback and make recommendations about any concerns raised. Employee engagement is about clarity, relevance, meaning and involvement, and our programmes deliver on all four principles.
