IiP (Gold) – Investors in People – Gold Award:

Investors in People is recognised as the UK's most successful framework for business improvement through people management. Following a rigorous assessment, Worldspan joined the top 2% of organisations within the UK who have achieved Gold standard.  The accreditation is only awarded to organisations that can demonstrate a ‘world class’ approach to developing and supporting their team. We were particularly delighted to achieve the Gold award on our first assessment and were only the tenth company ever to do this since the launch of IiP in 1991. 

ISO 9001 Quality Standard:

We are accredited to Quality Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and all of our projects are delivered through this quality framework. The standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. You can read more about our quality policy here

We are accredited to ISO 14001 - the world’s most recognised environmental management standard. The framework places environmental management at the heart of our operations and ensures our focus on reducing our environmental impact. ATOL – Air Travel Organiser’s Licence:

We hold an ATOL licence (ATOL number 0451) issued by the CAA – Civil Aviation Authority.  ATOL protects clients from losing money or being stranded abroad due to corporate failure. It does this by carrying out checks on the organisers it licenses and requiring them to make contributions to the Air Travel Trust guarantee.

IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress Organisers)

We are a full member of IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress Organisers). IAPCO is a worldwide benchmark of quality, awarded to organisations which have reached the highest professional standards in delivering meetings & congresses, as judged by both their industry peers and clients.

D&B – 2A1 rating:

Worldspan has a coveted D&B 2A1 rating, which indicates our high levels of creditworthiness, and means you can have the utmost confidence in doing business with us.

ABTA – Association of British Travel Agents:

We are a member of ABTA with membership number G8288 / W3226.  ABTA members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct.

IATA – International Air Transport Association:

IATA accreditation formally recognises that Worldspan is authorised to sell and issue airline tickets for any IATA recognised airline, for any global route.  As an IATA member we are required to fulfil and adhere to, as well as being audited against, strict criteria.
