ABTA – The Travel Association

For more than 60 years ABTA has maintained a Code of Conduct which governs the relationship between Members and their customers, between Members and ABTA, and between Members and other Members. All ABTA members are obliged to ensure that their clients receive the best possible service. Our clients are also afforded financial protection, as non-air-travel-related events are bonded within the ABTA membership scheme.

IATA – International Air Transport Association

IATA accreditation formally recognises that Worldspan is authorised to sell and issue airline tickets for any IATA recognised airline. As an IATA member we are required to fulfil and adhere to, as well as being audited against, strict criteria.

ATOL – Air Transport Organiser’s Licensing

Atol

ATOL, which is part of the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), protects clients from losing money or being stranded abroad due to corporate failure. It does this by carrying out checks on the organisers it licenses, and requiring them to make contributions to the Air Travel Trust guarantee scheme.
